LABOR DAY WEEKEND: This year's event falls on LABOR DAY weekend. To
celebrate, NVA and
Capital Rage will each be hosting a "Cook-out" for all who wish to participate,
so bring your appetite....and bring your allowance too, because there will
also be T-shirts, Vitae, and other Vamp-ee stuff for
sale at the Check-In cabin
SITE INFORMATION:
Once again, NVA (Night...Falls) hosts the yearly Nonclave at Prince
William
Forest Park! This year, on top of the normal Vampire game
that'll
be running during the evenings, there will also be a separate Garou
game running along side both day and evening. The Garou
"NonKlaive" will be hosted by "Capital Rage". For more information on the hairier side of
Nonclave click here.
Our site has approximately 15 sleeping cabins and 182 beds, so first come,
first serve. We are able to have more than 182 people, but there are
only that many beds. Most of the local players head home to sleep,
so there will be plenty of available space in the sleeping cabins for out-of-town
players. However, there are plenty of Hotels/Motels in the area for
those who wish to patronize them.
So that there is no confusion; this site is in the woods. Your beds
will be located in rustic cabins. There are 3 rooms per cabin; each
cabin has 10 beds. There WILL BE showers and bathrooms on site. There
is also a main dining hall. The main dining hall has a full size kitchen
with a walk in freezer. There is a supermarket close to the park, as
well as various restaurants and fast food franchises.
THINGS TO BRING:
Flash lights
Bug repellent
Sunscreen or sunblock
A Poncho or umbrella (it may rain)
A sleeping bag or blankets & pillow if you plan to stay in the cabins
Towels and personal hygiene products
Sandals for the showers (if you plan to use them)
Extra blankets and/or warm clothing
Hiking boots or comfortable footwear
First Aid kit
